The Electro-Voice ZLX Series is the undisputed global standard for lightweight, high-performance portable sound. With the introduction of the next-generation ZLX-G2 line, EV has expanded the family to include an ultra-compact 8-inch model alongside the legendary 12-inch and 15-inch versions. Designed for musicians, DJs, fitness instructors, and A/V rental companies, the ZLX series combines custom-engineered drivers with a highly ergonomic, multi-position composite enclosure. The powered models elevate the series even further with "Powered by Dynacord" DSP, featuring a built-in digital mixer, high-quality effects, and seamless Bluetooth® control and streaming. Offering best-in-class performance and unmatched value, the ZLX series ensures pristine audio reproduction in any mobile or installed application.

• Subwoofer Models: There are no dedicated ZLX series subwoofers. The ZLX full-range models are engineered to pair perfectly with Electro-Voice ELX200 or EKX series powered subwoofers using the built-in crossover presets.

• Premium DSP & Built-in Mixer (Powered Models): Driven by Dynacord, the onboard DSP features a built-in multi-channel digital mixer with studio-grade effects, AFS (Automatic Feedback Suppression), ducking, and PEQ—giving you complete control over your sound without needing external gear.
• QuickSmart Mobile App Integration: Powered versions offer seamless Bluetooth® connectivity for high-resolution stereo audio streaming (TWS) and full wireless control of mixer settings, EQ, and effects via your mobile device.
• SST Waveguide Technology: EV’s patented Signal Synchronized Transducers (SST) waveguide physically time-aligns the high and low-frequency drivers, resulting in incredibly precise and consistent acoustic coverage across the entire listening area.
• Ergonomic, Multi-Position Enclosure: Built from rugged polypropylene, the cabinet features a symmetrical 55° monitor angle and an innovative 23° "kick-back" angle, allowing it to function flawlessly as a main PA, a floor wedge, or a front-fill speaker.
